Spent the day looking and researching this weekend. Finally was able to talk with the home study agency. And we are officially doing this..sent in the application, with fee. This is going to be such a wild ride.
Still having issues locating someone at the adoption agency we were referred to by RR (Reece's Rainbow). No one seems to now if they work with the region or no one seems to want to return phone calls or emails. I hope this is not a start of a not so great agency or I really hope they are truly busy. We will see.
